Road safety on both fronts: the state of the road and the way it is driven.


TCV works on two sides of the same risk. On the passive side we stabilize the soil with the HYGT chemical line: it raises the bearing capacity of the road, controls particulate matter and keeps the surface trafficable through rain and ice. On the active side we monitor driving in real time with directly imported Streamax equipment.

The equipment comes from source

We bring in the Streamax line directly, with no middlemen or local representatives in between: factory pricing, real stock availability and technical support answered by whoever supplies the equipment, not passed on to a third party.

The chemistry is made in Argentina

All five HYGT products are manufactured nationally with Argentine raw materials. We are the official distributor in San Juan. Because they are made locally, the price carries no import surcharges or customs paperwork.

Constructive performance

The road takes the rain without being cut off.

HYGT products modify the existing soil instead of replacing it. They are added to the compaction water or sprayed onto the shaped surface, turning a dirt road into a structure with bearing capacity that resists water, heavy traffic and freeze–thaw cycles. Less imported material, less watering, less grader time.

The environmental case is verifiable.

It starts with the scarcest resource in San Juan: stabilizing the road cuts watering for dust control by 60%, because the surface no longer needs to be wetted every day. On top of that come tests by public and accredited independent laboratories, and approvals from highway and environmental authorities in five Argentine provinces.
