Constructive

Stabilizer for sands and granular soils in civil engineering. It is added to the compaction water, sprayed onto the already compacted surface or injected as a grout. It raises bearing capacity, waterproofs, controls dust and resists wet–dry and freeze–thaw cycles. It is also used for dune and sand fixation, slopes, irrigation channels and coastal erosion control.

Water-based polymer, neutral pH, non-hazardous (NFPA 704: 1-0-0). Applied to HRB-classified soils with less than 35% fines passing the No. 200 sieve.

Constructive

Modified vegetable macropolymer that works by ion exchange on fine, clay and cohesive soils. It produces permanent stabilization: better support, less material loss and less watering, dust control, trafficability in the rain and reduced maintenance. It is the product in the line with the most accumulated institutional backing.

Readily biodegradable. Non-flammable. Not regulated as hazardous for land, sea or air transport.

Environmental

Ecological polymer applied by spraying, aimed specifically at particulate matter control on dirt roads and fine soils. The ELIPOL S variant is used on granular soils. At Minera Candelaria (Lundin Mining, Copiapó, Chile) it reduced particulate matter by between 73% and 93% over four days of monitoring.

Environmentally approved by the Under-Secretariat for the Environment of Neuquén within PlusPetrol's Environmental Impact Study for the La Calera area.

Safety

A blend of organic products for treating snow and ice on highways and operational roads. It is diluted to 10–15% in water and applied with a watering truck. It keeps the road trafficable in winter and prevents interruptions to the production cycle in high-altitude or cold-climate operations.

Reference coverage: around 1,500 litres of solution every 3 km, on roads up to 7 metres wide.

Environmental

Polymer for stabilizing containment berms at oil and gas well pads — not for general traffic roads. It waterproofs the berm, controls erosion and eliminates periodic maintenance. It is applied volumetrically during construction or by surface spraying on existing berms.

Supplied in 200 kg drums or 1,000 kg mini-containers.
